On Apple platforms, OgreScribe is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. On Android, Google Play terms apply to distribution and purchases where relevant.
Use of the app
OgreScribe helps you record observations and prepare written reports. It is not a certified inspection tool and does not provide engineering, legal, medical, safety or compliance advice. Speech recognition and generated text can contain errors. Review each report before relying on it or sharing it.
Your content and recording permissions
You retain your rights to the recordings, photos and reports you create. You are responsible for keeping backups you need, for obtaining permission to record people or locations, and for choosing appropriate recipients when you share a file.
Purchases
If an in-app purchase is offered, the Apple App Store or Google Play shows the localized price, billing period, renewal information and any offer before you confirm. The store processes payment and manages subscription cancellation, restore and refund requests under its terms. Deleting OgreScribe does not cancel a subscription. If a purchase ends, the app’s current purchase screen explains which features require it; your saved reports remain yours.
Changes and availability
App features, speech packs and supported platforms may change as OgreScribe develops. Current options are shown in the app and its store listing. Some features require an internet connection, including speech-pack downloads, purchases, and services you choose to use for sync or sharing.
